Plant Quality Management System

The role of a Plant Quality System engineer is to monitor and deploy the Plant Quality Management System in accordance with the Faurecia Excellence System, ISO standardsm customer requirements and any relevant external requirements.

The main missions of the role are:

• Ensure that all audits (internal, ISOTS, S/R, PQA etc) are performed as scheduled, monitor non-conformances until closure/consolidate & analysis the results.
• Coordinate the preparation of third party audits according ISO TS 16949 and insure certification readiness
• Cascade any Quality Management new requirements and support by coaching operations Process owner in their main tasks.
• Validate plant quality documents and update documents in the library
• Respect Quality targets defined by the Quality manager
• Guarantee and respect the Quality system rules
• Ensure KPI reporting requested system for management
• Getting to know and respecting the quality policy
• Declare that they have received, read and understood the code of ethics
• Commit to respecting, applying and disseminating all the principles defined in the Code of Ethics

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Master's degree in Engineering
• 3 years of experience in automotive industry

Skills and competencies

• Communication, leadership and Interpersonal skills
• Solid knowledge of Quality in Production
• Customer relationship experience
• Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
