Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Accountant are:

  • Perform vendor invoice processing.
  • Assist with month end closing.
  • Enter vendor invoices.
  • Matching invoices (IR) with goods received (GR).
  • Internally research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
  • Timely resolution of parked/unprocessed invoices to enable timely execution of payment runs.
  • Month-end close activity.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Ensure that invoices are processed accurately and on timely basis, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure all requirements of the group are covered and assist where appropriate .
  • Performs other activities according to the guidelines supervisor which are not in conflict with her position.
  • Follows working and organization rules of the company with all related company procedures (in line with VBOS) and generally valid legal regulations.

Education
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S):

  • Bachelor's degree in Economy .
