Customer Service Transport

Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe, nous recherchons un(e) Customer Service Transport, ayant une première expérience confirmée dans le secteur du transport et de la logistique .
Missions principales :
- Lancer les opérations de transport (prise en charge, planification, suivi).
- Contacter les correspondants pour confirmer les enlèvements et les livraisons.
- Assurer le suivi quotidien des expéditions jusqu'à leur réception.
- Vérifier la conformité des documents de transport.
- Tenir à jour les tableaux de suivi et reportings.
- Gérer les réclamations et demandes spécifiques.
- Établir et envoyer les cotations, devis et confirmations de transport.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les départements.
- Autres missions.
Profil recherché :
- Formation : Bac+3 en transport, logistique ou commerce international.
- Expérience : Minimum 1 an dans un poste similaire (obligatoire).
- Maîtrise des réglementations douanières et des Incoterms (obligatoire).
- Bonne connaissance du suivi d'expéditions et de la cotation client.
- Sens de l'organisation, rigueur, orientation client, esprit d'équipe, réactivité
Langues
- Arabe
- Français : excellent niveau à l'écrit et à l'oral
- Anglais : bon niveau professionnel
