Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an English/Spanish Sales Executive based in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The Sales Executive will engage with clients, fostering strong relationships while identifying potential leads in both English and Spanish-speaking markets. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and working collaboratively with internal teams to meet sales targets. A critical focus will be on understanding client needs and promoting the Openfair platform as the optimal solution for business transition.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and/or Spanish, with strong communication and interpersonal skills in either languages.
- Expertise in sales strategies, lead generation, and account management.
- Experience with contract negotiation, deal closing, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Market analysis, problem-solving, and ability to adapt strategies to achieve results.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the acquisitions or technology industry is a plus.
