About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Plant Controller
to join our team and oversee financial operations at our automotive manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost control, and compliance with corporate standards, while supporting strategic decision-making for plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all financial activities for the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor and control manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and production efficiency.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with plant management to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational performance.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
- Support strategic initiatives and provide financial insights for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education:
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus). - Experience:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in a similar role within the
automotive industry
. - Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Language:
Fluent in
English
(written and spoken). - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate across teams.
