Join ArrowSphere and take part in an exciting platform development project

ArrowSphere is a cloud management and distribution solution offered by Arrow ECS. It simplifies the complexity of delivering multi-cloud software and solutions by integrating major providers such as Microsoft, AWS, and IBM, serving 27 Arrow entities.

Within the FinOps team, you will join the Billing division, composed of 7 collaborators. You will work closely with various cross-functional teams (developers, data scientists, etc.).

As a Business Operations Analyst, you play a crucial role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and accuracy of data provided in the form of billing statements.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Billing-related tasks:

· Participate in the delivery of billing.

· Handle any data errors or reported issues, resolve support tickets, etc., to improve the quality and timeliness of billing delivery.

2. Billing process improvement:

· Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.

· Enhance Excel files: reconciliation files, detailed breakdown files of monthly billing…

· Assist the team, if necessary, in finding and resolving discrepancies in reports and/or daily data.

· Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications for automation.

3. Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions:

· Interact with data scientists, developers, and company stakeholders to resolve various data or other issues.

· Communicate with these teams to create and/or improve reports that help anticipate potential data problems.

4. Participate in creating workflow documentation

What we are looking for:

- Proficiency in Excel

- Analysis, synthesis, communication

- Autonomy and a team spirit

- Ease in creating/improving documentation

- Proficiency in French and English

- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence would be an advantage
