Your Mission – Junior Sales Executive

As part of our Sales team in Casablanca, you will be
on the frontlines of Done's growth.

Your mission will be to bring the best restaurants and partners on board, and be a key driver of our city's success.

What you'll do:

  • Prospect, pitch, and sign new restaurant partners (hunting mode)
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead → meeting → negotiation → closing
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for every new partner
  • Keep your pipeline sharp & updated daily
  • Work closely with our ops & marketing teams to deliver results
  • Be a visible ambassador of Done in Casablanca's restaurant scene

What You'll Bring to the Ride

  • A first experience in sales (internship, junior role, or field sales)
  • A hunter mentality, eager to chase targets & win new deals
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills
  • Energy, resilience, and motivation to grow in a startup environment
  • French & Arabic fluency (English is a plus)
