Voor een nieuw project zoeken wij enthousiaste Nederlandstalige klantencontactmedewerkers die ons team komen versterken.

In deze rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en help je hen op een vriendelijke, professionele manier verder via telefoon, e-mail en chat. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant snel en goed geholpen wordt, met een glimlach, ook al is die soms alleen te horen.

Je kunt hybride werken (kantoor én thuis) of volledig remote, afhankelijk van wat het beste bij jou past.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Klantvragen beantwoorden via telefoon, e-mail en chat
  • Klanten informeren en ondersteunen bij het gebruik van een nieuw CRM-systeem
  • Problemen signaleren en zorgen voor een snelle, passende oplossing
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen in onze dienstverlening
  • Samenwerken met collega's in België, Nederland en Marokko om klanttevredenheid hoog te houden

Wie ben jij?

  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte instelling en haalt energie uit het helpen van mensen
  • Ervaring in een contactcenter of klantenservice is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en leergierigheid vinden we minstens zo belangrijk
  • Je bent geduldig, oplossingsgericht en communiceert helder
  • Je woont in Marokko en werkt graag hybride of volledig remote
