Customer Service Agent – Casablanca

Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, une compagnie maritime basée à Casablanca recrute un(e) Customer Service Agent.

Missions principales

Rattaché(e) au département Commercial & Exploitation, vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients et assurez un suivi complet de leurs demandes avant, pendant et après l'escale des navires.

Vos responsabilités:

· Réception et analyse des requêtes clients afin de fournir des informations précises et fiables.

· Coordination avec les différents services internes (logistique, opérations, commercial, documentation) pour garantir la résolution des problématiques.

· Suivi des opérations et communication proactive avec les clients pour anticiper leurs besoins.

· Contribution à la qualité de la relation client en offrant un support efficace et personnalisé.

· Votre rôle central fait de vous un acteur clé dans la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients.

Profil recherché

· Bac+3 en Commerce International, Transport & Logistique ou équivalent.

· Une expérience réussie d'au moins 2 ans dans le secteur maritime est fortement souhaitée.

· Maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques.

· Excellente communication orale et écrite en français et anglais.

· Écoute active et sens de l'analyse.

· Excellentes aptitudes de communication et relationnelles.

· Capacité à résoudre les problèmes avec efficacité et professionnalisme.

· Empathie, patience et orientation client.

· Bonne gestion du stress et des priorités.

· Maîtrise du métier et connaissance approfondie du secteur maritime
