Professional Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or a related sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Change of Destination (COD) requests
- Manage manifest amendments in coordination with customs, customers, and agents
- Monitor long-standing container cases and provide monthly updates
- Address and resolve disputes in a timely manner
- Handle customer requests efficiently via Salesforce
- Respond promptly to customer calls
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and implement new requirements as communicated by management
