Allianz Services was established in January 1st, 2019 with the objective of bundling, harmonizing and industrializing core insurance processes of AZ Operating Entities. Since its start, Allianz Services has succeeded in becoming one individual business segment by combining various businesses from different parent companies and is successfully operating under the roof of Allianz Technology SE. Allianz Services is running service delivery operations in Romania, India, Mauritius and Morocco as well as is operating Consulting hubs in Germany, USA, Italy, France and Singapore with almost 8500 colleagues globally.

*Key Responsibilities*
We are currently seeking a Local Head People Experience who will be responsible for providing HR consultancy and advice to managers within the organization in the areas listed below and by facilitating the execution of HR solutions that support the growth of AZ Services and its overall strategy. Additionally, this position will lead the HR team, help resolve strategic business issues, promote AZ Services development and culture, and embed the AZ Services values while working closely with the Global PE Head, HRBPs, and Center of Expertise on shared initiatives as applicable.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR (including at least 6 years as a HR business partner), preferably in a global organization preferably in the GBS industry
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Willing to roll up your sleeves and get the work done
• Work experience in at least one other HR expert area, e.g. recruiting, learning and development
• Good problem solver with good communication and critical thinking skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to go the extra mile
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and integrity
• Solution orientated and able to deal with ambiguity and performing under pressure
• Able to work independently and in a team-based setting
• Excellent digital literacy; well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP, SuccessFactors desirable
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and French, any other language of advantage
• Preferably worked in a matrix and multinational environment
