Contract Manager (Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions)

What You Will Be Doing At Arrow
  • Manage and oversee contracts with partners, from negotiation through to execution, ensuring each stage aligns with Arrow's policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate contracts in coordination with Arrow's legal counsel and internal teams to ensure the best terms for the company.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Tax, Compliance, etc.) to gather necessary inputs during the contract negotiation process.
  • Ensure that all contracts are aligned with Arrow's internal policies, standards, and guidelines.
  • Manage the contract signature process in accordance with Arrow's policies and maintain an organized archive of all contracts in the company's contract database.
  • Monitor contract renewal dates and provide timely reminders to relevant teams for renewals.
  • Respond to partners' RFPs, questionnaires, and general legal requests, ensuring coordination with relevant internal teams.
  • Track and monitor contractual performance indicators and ensure regular and accurate reporting.

Who Are We Looking For?
  • Fluent in English, with at least 5 years of experience in a Contract Manager role for an international company.
  • The candidate must have a verifiable legal background and be able to negotiate and draft contracts in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • As a true business partner for your stakeholders, you understand the group's commercial challenges and provide your expertise with pragmatism and responsiveness, always maintaining a focus on efficiency and meeting deadlines.
  • Rigor, responsiveness, interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of analysis and synthesis are essential.
