Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rabat for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering calls, addressing guests' inquiries promptly, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, performing clerical tasks such as organizing documents, and assisting in coordinating guest services to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Qualifications
Strong phone etiquette and receptionist skills, including answering calls and managing check-ins/check-outs
Proficiency in clerical skills such as organization, filing, and document management
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Exceptional customer service skills to ensure positive guest experiences
Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
Previous experience in a hospitality or front-desk role is desirable
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
