Contract Manager Énergie H/F
pour son client, acteur clé des énergies renouvelables au Maroc, basé à Casablanca.
Vous serez en charge de :
•Participer à l'élaboration et à la revue de la documentation contractuelle des projets ENR.
•Suivre et superviser le respect des engagements contractuels sur les volets juridique, financier et technique, en coordination avec les différentes parties prenantes.
•Contribuer à l'identification et à la gestion des risques contractuels, tout en assurant la mise en place de mesures d'atténuation adaptées.
•Assurer le reporting contractuel (avancement, KPI, alertes) et alimenter les outils de suivi nécessaires au pilotage des projets.
•Accompagner le management de la direction dans la coordination avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, et veiller à l'application de processus contractuels efficaces.
Profil recherché :
•De formation Ingénieur d'État, complété idéalement par une formation en finance, ingénierie financière ou droit des affaires.
•Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en gestion contractuelle de projets complexes dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables.
•Solide maîtrise des processus contractuels, juridiques et financiers appliqués aux projets industriels de grande envergure.
•Excellentes aptitudes de négociation, de coordination et de communication en environnement multi-acteurs.
