As part of the expansion of our TCL Air Conditioning product line, w
e are looking for an AC Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and increasing sales of our air conditioning products. Your daily tasks will include prospecting new clients, managing existing accounts, monitoring sales performance, and implementing effective strategies to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage teams, and maximize sales performance.
  • Experience in seeking out new potential customers and managing existing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and sales terms that are favorable to both the company and customers.
  • In-depth knowledge of air conditioning products and the technical skills to effectively explain and promote products.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also desirable.
  • Discussion of prices and finalization of transactions with customers.
  • Closing deals: Helping customers decide to purchase and finalizing the sale.
  • Manage the customer portfolio.

Profile:


• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in the Appliances and HVAC sector.


• Previous sales experience.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Level: Bac+ 3/5 and good command of French and English.
