Duranova Systems is launching a new platform covering multiple digital solutions. We are seeking a strong, motivated, and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive this activity, build market presence, and generate sustainable growth.

This is a pivotal role for someone with the ambition to shape a new business line and make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for our digital solutions.
  • Identify, target, and secure new clients across multiple industries.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to align client needs with solutions.
  • Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Report regularly on sales activities, pipeline health, and market insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in SaaS, IT solutions, or digital services.
  • Strong network in Morocco/Africa with demonstrated success in client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a start-up / scale-up environment.
  • Fluent in French and English (Arabic is an asset).
