  2. Strong technical knowledge of weapons and defense equipment, security systems, drone technology, signal systems, perimeter intrusion detection systems, alarm systems etc

.3. Solid understanding of IT systems and networking, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

  1. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and closing deals.

  2. Developing and implementing successful sales strategies.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including industry insight, customer relationship development, project sourcing, and competitor analysis. Major clients include military, police, security operators, and industry influencers.

  4. Self-motivated, results-driven, and a natural hunter in business development.

  5. Willingness and ability to travel extensively across French-speaking countries.

Exigences principales :

  1. Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le développement commercial et les ventes B2B/B2G, notamment dans les secteurs militaire, police, sécurité publique, administration pénitentiaire et aéroports internationaux.

  2. Solides connaissances techniques des équipements de défense et d'armement, de drone, de sécurité, de signalisation, de détection d'intrusion périmétrique, d'alarme, etc.

  3. Bonne compréhension des systèmes informatiques et des réseaux, avec la capacité de lire et d'interpréter des plans techniques.

  4. Expérience confirmée dans l'atteinte et le dépassement des objectifs de vente : identification de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, préparation de propositions et de présentations, négociation et conclusion des contrats.

  5. Capacité à développer et à mettre en œuvre des stratégies commerciales performantes.

  6. Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, y compris la compréhension du marché, le développement des relations clients, la prospection de projets et l'analyse de la concurrence. Les principaux clients incluent les forces armées, la police, les opérateurs de sécurité et les acteurs influents du secteur.

  7. Autonome, orienté vers les résultats, avec un esprit de chasseur dans le développement commercial.

  8. Disponibilité et volonté de voyager fréquemment dans les pays francophones.
