Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outside Sales Executive in Freight Forwarding, located in Casablanca. The role involves identifying and generating leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, and effectively communicating value propositions to meet client needs. The professional will collaborate with internal teams, manage sales activities, and work towards achieving sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Experience in Team Leadership to coordinate with internal teams and drive collaborative efforts.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, onsite environment in Casablanca and demonstrate adaptability.
  • Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in client interactions and sales activities.
  • Proficiency in English and French; additional language skills are a plus.
