Missions principales :

Le Head of Backend pilote l'ensemble des briques techniques backend de la marketplace Marjanemall. À ce titre, il/elle est responsable du bon fonctionnement, de la performance, de la scalabilité et de l'évolutivité des systèmes backend couvrant :

Marketplace Core (catalogue, pricing, commandes, paiements, OMS, PIM, etc.)

WMS / TMS / Supply Chain (logistique entrepôt et transport)

Solutions Retail 1P

Intégrations entre les différentes briques technologiques

API Management & middleware

Sécurité, monitoring, performance backend

Responsabilités clés :

Pilotage technique :

Définir et maintenir l'architecture backend globale de la plateforme.

Garantir la cohérence, la robustesse et la sécurité des systèmes backend.

Superviser les choix technologiques et les bonnes pratiques de développement.

Management & coordination :

Encadrer et animer les équipes backend internes et/ou partenaires externes.

Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes frontend, produit, data, infrastructure et DevOps.

Gérer la roadmap technique des projets backend.

Conduite de projets & delivery :

Assurer la livraison des projets dans les délais, coûts et qualité attendus.

Piloter les intégrations des solutions Retail, WMS, OMS, PIM…

Structurer les process de delivery backend (CI/CD, revue de code, tests…).

Support & exploitation :

Mettre en place des outils de monitoring et d'alerting backend.

Être garant de la disponibilité, de la performance et de la résilience des systèmes.

Coordonner le support technique N2/N3.

Profil recherché :

Compétences techniques :

Expertise en architectures distribuées, microservices, API REST/GraphQL.

Maîtrise de l'environnement .NET (C#) et de son écosystème.

Bonne connaissance des solutions e-commerce, retail, WMS, TMS.

Expérience avec les plateformes cloud Azure

Maîtrise de Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.

Expérience requise :

8+ ans d'expérience en développement backend et en management d'équipe.

Expérience confirmée dans un environnement e-commerce, marketplace ou retail.

Soft skills :

Leadership technique, sens de l'ownership.

Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement complexe et en forte croissance.

Excellent relationnel, capacité de synthèse et de priorisation.
