Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rabat for a Global Operations Strategy Director. The role entails overseeing the development and execution of strategic initiatives to optimize global operations. Responsibilities include analyzing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves contributing to long-term business planning and fostering a culture of efficiency, innovation, and collaboration.

  • Team Leadership, Cross-functional Collaboration, and Change Management abilities
  • Data Analysis, Decision-Making, and Problem-Solving expertise
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Stakeholder Management skills
  • Experience in global operations or supply chain management
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business, Operations, or related fields is preferred
