Business Unit Manager Tertiaire (Génie climatique)

Profil Recherché

  • Ingénieur de formation Génie Climatique, Thermique ou électromécanique,

  • 10 à 15 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un poste de responsabilité et/ou de management de projet dans les domaines suivants :

  • Traitement d'air,

  • Ventilation, désenfumage,

  • Plomberie,

  • Protection incendie : RIA, SPK, Gaz …

  • Réseaux industriels : Air comprimé, azote, …

  • Régulation – GTC

  • Avec la capacité de piloter et de gérer les interfaces avec les corps d'état habituels dans le tertiaire : CFO-CFA, Génie Civil, Lots Architecturaux, …

  • Responsabilité P&L et achèvement budget/objectifs (Commandes, Marges, CA, Facturation, Cash Flow, RP/RD/RG)

  • Compétences commerciales confirmées pour le développement du portefeuille clients ;

  • Grande capacité à la résolution proactive des problèmes et à la prise de décisions stratégiques ;

  • Maîtrise des normes de sécurité ;

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des relations interpersonnelles ;

  • Capacité à manager des équipes et à favoriser un environnement de travail collaboratif ;

  • Capacité à partager les REX et à promouvoir les bonnes pratiques dans le cadre de l'amélioration continuelle ;

  • Challenges : Assurer une croissance annuelle et profitable en améliorant la satisfaction Client et les exigences QHSE.
