En tant que Business Manager Confirmé, vous serez au cœur de notre stratégie de croissance et de notre succès. Votre rôle consistera à :
• Développer votre portefeuille client : prospecter, négocier, conclure des contrats stratégiques
• Détecter les besoins chez vos clients et proposer des solutions adaptées en collaboration avec nos équipes de recrutement et nos consultants
• Accompagner et manager vos consultants : assurer leur suivi de carrière, les coacher et les fidéliser
• Piloter vos indicateurs clés : atteindre et dépasser vos objectifs commerciaux
Votre profil idéal :
Nous recherchons un talent avec :
• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience réussie dans un poste similaire en ESN
• Une expertise en prospection et négociation avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau
• Une capacité à créer des relations solides et durables avec clients et consultants
• Une aisance naturelle pour manager et motiver vos équipes
• Un excellent esprit d'équipe et une attitude résolument positive
Vos atouts bonus :
• Une bonne connaissance des enjeux du numérique et des technologies IT
