GRH Maroc est à la recherche de DEUX HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Localisation : Kénitra – Zone Franche

Expérience requise : Minimum 5 ans d'expérience

Langue : Anglais courant (obligatoire)

Missions principale

Le/la HR Business Partner accompagne les managers et les équipes dans la mise en œuvre de la stratégie RH de l'entreprise. Il/elle joue un rôle clé de conseil, d'appui et de coordination sur tous les volets RH : développement des compétences, performance, relations sociales et pilotage des effectifs.

  1. Gestion et accompagnement RH

Conseiller et accompagner les managers dans la gestion quotidienne des équipes

Identifier les besoins en effectifs et en compétences

Participer au déploiement de la politique RH du Groupe au niveau local

Soutenir les processus de recrutement et d'intégration

  1. Développement des compétences

Identifier les besoins en formation

Contribuer à l'élaboration et au suivi du plan de développement des compétences

Accompagner les collaborateurs dans leur évolution professionnelle

  1. Gestion de la performanceSuperviser le processus d'évaluation annuelle

Conseiller les managers dans la fixation et le suivi des objectifs

Identifier les talents

et proposer des plans de succession

  1. Administration et conformité RHGarantir la conformité des pratiques RH avec la législation marocaine

Assurer le suivi des indicateurs RH (absentéisme, turnover, mobilité…)

Produire les reportings RH et analyses nécessaires à la direction

  1. Communication et climat social

Maintenir un bon climat social

Participer aux réunions avec les représentants du personnel

Promouvoir la culture d'entreprise et les valeurs du Groupe

Profil recherché

Formation : Bac +5 en Ressources Humaines, Droit ou Management

Expérience : Minimum 5 ans dans une fonction RH similaire, idéalement dans un environnement industriel ou international

Compétences clés :Maîtrise du droit du travail marocain

Excellentes capacités de communication et de négociation

Forte orientation business et sens du résultat

Esprit d'équipe et autonomie

Maîtrise de l'anglais courant

Bonne connaissance des outils RH et du Pack Office

Qualités personnelles

Leadership et sens de l'écoute

Esprit analytique et orienté solutions

Discrétion et intégrité

Capacité d'adaptation et gestion du stress
