Responsible for managing and planning vehicle orders, preparing on-board documents, reassigning traffic offences and managing returns.

Check the conformity of vehicule order (protocol discount, invoiced model, options, accessories).

Prepare and plan VN deliveries (vehicle documents to be prepared, accessories to be installed, logo and wrapping to be launched, etc.).

take charge of vehicle registration procedures and any other documents required for vehicle circulation

Pre-declare rental vehicles on the traffic offence tracking platform, and reassign offences not yet declared (including those concerning replacement vehicles) to the driver concerned.

Monitor and plan return vehicle tasks
