Customer Service Team Leader

There are your tasks
- Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
- Oversee and manage the entire Technical Advisor and Service Engineer team
- Manage and follow up on customer inquiries
- Expand the business regarding spare parts, warranties, and services
- Distribute and manage service contracts
- Support service and spare parts planning
- Collaborate with the Head of Customer Service to plan stock, turnover, and investments
What You Bring With You
- Technical and commercial education with leadership experience
- Profound experience - a Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Initiative in visualizing, organizing, and successfully delivering projects in both individual and collaborative settings
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to communicate across all staff levels
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), French and Arabic is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office
