Aero Services Sales Manager

What you will do:
- Responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or Multi Year Agreements for the Aero Services Portfolio in North Africa, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Developed specialized knowledge of latest commercial offerings for Aero Services
- Contributes towards the EMEA strategy and policy development for given sales region, and ensures on-time delivery within area of responsibility.
- Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how the sales function integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
What you will bring:
- 8 years experience in the power generation industry, preferably services
- 5 years experience in Sales, Commercial Operations and or Contract Performance Management.
- Arabic, French and English languages fluency

- Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead Sales opportunities/ projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Understanding and experience in the North African and Saudi Arabia power generation market.
