As part of Alsayegh Worldwide's global expansion plan, we are proud to announce the opening of our new office in Morocco, a strategic hub that will serve the Moroccan market while supporting our growing footprint across Africa and Europe.

We are looking for an Events Creative Director who can lead the creative vision for major events and experiential campaigns, elevate the creative output across all event projects, and build a high performing creative team that delivers unforgettable brand experiences.

Role Overview:

The Events Creative Director will be a key leadership role in our newly established Morocco office and will report directly to the CEO or Managing Director in Morocco. You will collaborate with creative and production teams across our global network, with the opportunity to work on exciting projects across multiple markets and industries.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the creative direction for events exhibitions ceremonies conferences festivals and experiential activations


• Develop powerful event narratives creative concepts and guest journey ideas aligned with brand objectives


• Translate strategy into creative experiences that deliver impact and audience engagement


• Build select and develop the right creative team including designers copywriters content creators and 3D visualizers


• Drive out of the box ideation and innovative event formats that raise the benchmark in the market


• Work closely with production operations and technical teams to ensure feasibility without compromising creativity


• Ensure high quality creative output across staging branding AV content show flow and immersive environments


• Manage multiple complex projects and fast turnaround timelines while maintaining creative excellence


• Present ideas confidently and clearly to key stakeholders and clients with strong storytelling and presentation skills


• Stay ahead of global event trends creative innovation and emerging experience technologies including AI

What We're Looking For:


• Strong knowledge of the Moroccan market and event landscape


• Proven creative leadership experience in events experiential marketing or brand activations


• Strong portfolio showcasing major and complex events and integrated campaigns


• Ability to lead teams and bring the best out of creative talent under pressure


• Strong understanding of integrated marketing solutions and how events connect with content PR digital and social


• Highly organized structured and capable of working under tight deadlines


• Strong client management and presentation ability


• Understanding of creative tools and new applications especially AI and experience design technology


• Proactive mindset always seeking new ideas and solutions that deliver client satisfaction
