As part of Alsayegh Worldwide's global expansion plan, we are proud to announce the opening of our new office in Morocco, a strategic hub that will serve the Moroccan market while also supporting our growing footprint across Africa and Europe.

We are looking for a Creative Director who can lead the creative vision, elevate the standard of creative output, and build a high performing creative team capable of delivering world class integrated campaigns.

Role Overview:

The Creative Director will be a key leadership role in our newly established Morocco office and will report directly to the CEO or Managing Director in Morocco. You will collaborate with an inspiring group of creative talents across our global network and gain exposure to exciting international growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the creative direction across major campaigns and brand projects


• Build select and develop the right creative team to deliver outstanding work


• Drive concept creation and out of the box ideation with exceptional storytelling


• Manage multiple complex campaigns ensuring creative excellence under pressure


• Present creative work clearly and powerfully to clients and stakeholders


• Work closely with strategy account management production digital and content teams


• Stay proactive on trends creative innovation and emerging consumer behavior


• Integrate modern creative tools and workflows especially AI driven creativity

What We're Looking For:


• Strong knowledge of the Moroccan market and creative landscape


• Proven experience as a Creative Director or senior creative leadership role


• Outstanding creative portfolio demonstrating bold original ideas


• Strong team leadership and talent building experience


• Ability to execute high level creative across integrated marketing solutions


• Organized structured and capable of performing under pressure


• Strong communication and presentation skills


• Deep understanding of new creative tools and applications especially AI


• High level of proactivity and passion to continuously bring fresh ideas that delight clients
