We are a small, fast-growing company, and we are hiring a motivated recent graduate who wants to work in a small team and have real impact from day one.

Role overview

This Business Development Manager role starts execution-heavy and research-heavy, then progressively expands into partnerships outreach and business development as you ramp up.

Work schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00
  • Flexibility: During peak periods, we may occasionally need support outside these hours (late shift 12:00 to 21:00 or weekend coverage). This is planned in advance and scheduled by mutual agreement.
  • Possibility of 1 remote work day per week

Main responsibilities

1: Research and opportunity discovery (core, first weeks)

  1. Research programs, scholarships, and admissions pathways across multiple countries
  2. Find key details on official websites and summarize them clearly for the team
  3. Build a simple internal database of opportunities, requirements, deadlines, and links

2: Process documentation and playbooks

  1. Create step-by-step guides on how to apply to universities and programs
  2. Build internal checklists, templates, and trackers to standardize execution
  3. Improve processes so the team can move faster with fewer errors

3: Partnerships pipeline preparation

  1. Build and maintain lists of potential partners and institutions
  2. Prepare outreach messages, follow-ups, and tracking in Google Sheets
  3. Support founders with partner research, meeting preparation, and summaries

4: Sales

  1. Support partnership outreach and relationship building
  2. Assist with calls, follow-ups, onboarding, and renewals
  3. Over time, own a small pipeline and contribute directly to growth (sales commissions available)

5: Cross-team support

  1. Support key operations workflows (documents, forms coordination, deadlines tracking)
  2. Help respond to inquiries and coordinate meetings when needed

What we are looking for

  • Motivated recent graduate who wants responsibility, fast learning, and high standards
  • University degree completed in a program taught entirely in English, in Morocco (ex: Al Akhawayn University) or abroad is a strong plus
  • Excellent English writing and speaking, French is a strong plus
  • Strong research skills and ability to produce clear, structured documents
  • Highly organized, proactive, and reliable
  • Based in Casablanca
  • Able to start immediately, Monday 11/01 preferred, Tuesday 12/01 latest
