We're Hiring: Administration Manager

We are at an exciting stage of growth with the
launch of two gigafactory projects in Morocco
, and we are looking for a highly skilled
Administration Manager
to play a
key and strategic role
in our success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee
    general services
    : transportation, canteen, security, and expatriate dormitories.
  • Manage and follow up on
    administrative permissions and requirements
    during the start-up and construction phases.
  • Actively contribute to the
    design and implementation
    of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Ensure the
    best selection of suppliers
    for transport, catering, and other services, while guaranteeing quality and cost efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor
    administrative and safety procedures
    , ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with project team, HSE, and other internal teams to support business needs during this critical phase.

Profile Required:

  • Solid experience in
    administration and general services management
    .
  • Proven track record in supporting
    start-up or construction phases
    is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in
    HSE
    will be considered a plus.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced, multicultural environment
    .
  • Excellent communication in English.
