Job Purpose:
To support and manage daily physical security and administrative functions at BLS International visa application centers across Morocco. The role ensures strict adherence to embassy/consulate protocols, local Moroccan regulations, and supports operational continuity through effective administrative supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Operations:
Supervise on-ground physical security operations at visa centers.
Monitor CCTV systems, access controls, and ensure proper functioning of security devices.
Ensure implementation of visitor management and security clearance protocols.
Liaise with local police, embassy officials, and vendors for incident resolution.
Administration Management:
Manage housekeeping, logistics, and upkeep of facilities and office equipment.
Monitor usage of office supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
Ensure workspaces comply with safety, cleanliness, and Moroccan regulatory norms.
Maintain records related to asset tracking, contracts, and service schedules.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with embassy protocols and local administrative regulations.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on incidents, audits, inventory, and facility updates.
Assist in periodic audits and documentation reviews.
Staff Supervision & Training:
Oversee a team of guards, support staff, and facility personnel.
Conduct orientation and training programs on safety procedures, emergency response, and conduct.
Ensure discipline, grooming, and performance of support staff.
Emergency Handling:
Respond to incidents, power failures, or emergencies at visa centers.
Coordinate with senior management and security agencies during escalations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
5–7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in embassies, visa centers, or multinational service companies.
Familiarity with Moroccan administrative systems and embassy compliance requirements.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management
Good communication in Arabic, French, and English
Basic knowledge of building systems (fire safety, CCTV, access control)
Attention to detail and ability to enforce protocols
Familiar with vendor and facility management tools
Preferred Certifications:
Security Management Training
Basic First Aid or Emergency Response Certification
Facility or Maintenance Management Course
