Your Mission:

You will be responsible for managing customer and technical support by handling calls related to solar panels, photovoltaic systems, and renewable energy products.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional advice over the phone to assist and inform our German and English-speaking clients.
Propose tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of these clients while ensuring high-quality service.
Actively contribute to customer retention and the development of our client portfolio.
Candidate Profile:
Bilingual in German and English (both oral and written).
At least 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably with electrical products or in the renewable energy sector.
A degree in science, engineering, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
