Your mission
Sales Management (Customer Service)
Record and validate customer orders in accordance with commercial and contractual terms.
Analyze available stock and allocate materials
Track the complete order cycle: confirmation, preparation, shipping, invoicing, and delivery.
Keeping customers informed about the status and progress of their orders
Manage disputes (quality, quantity, transport, invoicing) in conjunction with internal teams
Track customer payments and ensure documentary compliance (B/L, export packages, etc.)
Supply Management
Analyze purchase order proposals and track supplier orders through to delivery according to Incoterms.
Manage any necessary packaging or repackaging operations
Track supplier invoicing and payments
Identify and resolve supplier malfunctions or disputes
Ensuring quality communication and smooth flow between logistics, transport and warehouse teams
The ideal profile
With a Bac +2 to Bac +5 education in international business, logistics or management, you have a proven experience of 3 to 5 years in sales administration, customer service or supply, ideally in an international context.
Technical skills
Proficient in office software and ERP systems, SAP or equivalent
Knowledge of international trade and Incoterms
Good understanding of the overall supply chain: procurement, storage, delivery, invoicing
Fluent English is essential (knowledge of another language would be an asset).
Human skills
Excellent communication and customer/supplier orientation
A sense of service, rigor, and prioritization
Responsiveness, adaptability and team spirit
Proactive, solution-oriented attitude and continuous improvement
