We're a small, remote-first, and ambitious team with a culture rooted in transparency, agility, and excellence. Now, we're expanding and looking for a Technical Account Manager to work closely with our customers.
The Role: Technical Account Manager
This is not a support role.
We're looking for someone who can act as a trusted technical partner for our customers. You'll own the relationship with users, lead calls confidently in English, understand their technical challenges, and help them having a better email deliverability.
You don't need to be a deep email deliverability expert on day one, but you must be able to learn fast, ask the right questions, and become highly credible on technical topics related to email infrastructure and deliverability.
You'll also contribute internally by structuring processes, sharing customer feedback, and collaborating closely with product and operations.
Your Missions
- Manage calls with customers (onboarding, follow-ups, troubleshooting, consulting) in fluent, professional English
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Understand customers' email setups and guide them through best practices
- Learn and progressively master topics related to email deliverability (sender reputation, warm-up, DNS, etc.)
- Help explain and coordinate technical setups such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI (with internal support when needed)
Profile We're Looking For
- Perfect spoken and written English (you are comfortable leading video calls with international clients)
- Experience in a customer-facing role (Technical Account Manager, Customer Success, Consultant, Solutions Engineer, etc.)
- Strong communication skills: you can explain topics clearly and build trust fast
- Fast learner, comfortable diving into technical subjects (email, SMTP, DNS, SaaS tools)
- Organized and structured: you document well and follow up reliably
- Interest in email, SaaS, or technical products is a strong plus

Compensation
- Trial period (4 months): 700 USD/month
- Post-trial: from 1,400 USD/month, based on performance and evolution
