Dans le cadre de son développement, nous recherchons un(e)
Legal Advisor
Anglophone talentueux(se) et motivé(e) pour rejoindre l'équipe en place.

Missions principales

  • Assurer la
    conformité juridique
    de l'entreprise avec la législation marocaine, notamment en droit des affaires, droit du travail et droit fiscal.
  • Rédiger, analyser et négocier des
    contrats commerciaux
    , partenariats et accords divers.
  • Fournir des
    conseils juridiques
    stratégiques à la direction sur les opérations de l'entreprise.
  • Gérer les
    litiges
    , suivre les procédures judiciaires et coordonner avec les cabinets d'avocats externes.
  • Effectuer une
    veille juridique
    régulière afin d'anticiper les évolutions législatives et réglementaires.
  • Participer à la mise en place de
    politiques internes
    pour garantir la conformité et la gestion des risques.

Profil recherché

  • Formation
    : Bac+5 en
    Droit des Affaires
    (Master en Droit des Affaires, Juriste d'entreprise ou équivalent).
  • Expérience
    : Minimum 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire, idéalement en entreprise internationale ou cabinet d'avocats.
  • Excellente maîtrise du
    droit des affaires marocain
    et des pratiques contractuelles.
  • Bonne connaissance du droit du travail et des normes en vigueur.
  • Solides compétences en
    rédaction juridique
    et en négociation.
  • Esprit analytique, rigueur, confidentialité et sens de l'organisation.
  • Langues
    : Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais obligatoire.
