Le Digital Ecosystem Office (DEO) de l'UM6P est une entité stratégique dédiée à la transformation digitale l'institution. Elle vise à créer un écosystème digital intégré et performant qui optimise l'expérience des étudiants, des enseignants, des chercheurs et du personnel administratif.
Il s'engage à transformer la manière dont l'éducation, l'entrepreneuriat et la recherche sont dispensés en atteignant l'excellence opérationnelle, en exploitant l'IA et la Data.

Dans ce cadre-là, le DEO recherche un Lead Digital for Operations qui aura pour but de contribuer à l'excellence opérationnelle au sein de l'Université.
Missions principales :
- Être le principal interlocuteur de la Direction des Opérations sur l'ensemble des projets / sujets digitaux.
La Direction des Opérations est constituée de six départements : RH, Legal, Achats, Finance, Moyen Généraux, Contrôle Interne - Accompagner la Direction des Opérations dans sa transformation numérique en optimisant les processus et en introduisant des solutions digitales adaptées.
- Proposer des solutions technologiques adaptées aux besoins des équipes Opérations et piloter en collaboration avec les différentes parties prenantes les projets digitaux de la Direction des Opérations
- Piloter la structuration et la gestion des données pour assurer une prise de décision efficace et une meilleure exploitation des ressources.
- Mettre en place des outils d'automatisation et de digitalisation des workflows pour garantir une excellence opérationnelle.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le département AI & Data Analytics pour intégrer l'intelligence artificielle et l'analyse avancée des données dans les processus.
- Transformer les expériences utilisateurs des différentes parties prenantes en interaction avec les équipes Opérations.
- Assurer une veille technologique sur les best practices.
Profil recherché :
- Bac +5 en ingénierie, systèmes d'information, transformation digitale ou équivalent.
- Expérience significative dans la gestion de projets digitaux en milieu opérationnel.
- Maîtrise des outils ERP, BPM, RPA et autres solutions d'automatisation des processus.
Une expérience préalable SAP serait appréciée. - Sens de l'innovation, esprit analytique et capacité à gérer des projets complexes en autonomie.
- Fort esprit entrepreneurial doté d'une résilience avérée et forte curiosité sur les sujets de transformation (IA notamment).
- Capacité à fédérer et gérer différents types d'interlocuteurs pour s'assurer de la réussite et de la réalisation de chacun des projets.
