Objectif du poste : Le Digital Experience Platform Lead est chargé de concevoir, développer et gérer la plateforme numérique d'expérience utilisateur à l'UM6P. Ce rôle vise à améliorer et à personnaliser l'expérience numérique des utilisateurs internes et externes de l'université.
Responsabilités principales :
Stratégie de Plateforme Numérique : Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie globale pour la plateforme numérique d'expérience utilisateur, en alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques de l'université.
Développement et Intégration : Superviser le développement, la personnalisation et l'intégration de la plateforme numérique pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques des utilisateurs.
Optimisation de l'Expérience Utilisateur : Analyser les comportements des utilisateurs, recueillir les feedbacks et mettre en œuvre des améliorations continues pour optimiser l'expérience utilisateur.
Collaboration Interfonctionnelle : Collaborer avec les départements techniques, marketing, communication et autres parties prenantes pour assurer l'alignement et la cohérence de la plateforme numérique.
Sécurité et Confidentialité : Garantir la sécurité et la confidentialité des données des utilisateurs conformément aux normes et réglementations en vigueur.
Formation et Support : Fournir une formation et un support aux utilisateurs finaux pour maximiser l'adoption et l'utilisation efficace de la plateforme numérique.
Compétences requises :
- Expérience avérée dans la gestion et le développement de plateformes numériques d'expérience utilisateur.
- Connaissance approfondie des technologies et outils numériques, ainsi que des bonnes pratiques en matière d'expérience utilisateur.
- Compétences avancées en gestion de projet, en communication et en leadership.
Formation et Expérience :
- Diplôme supérieur (idéalement en informatique, marketing numérique, expérience utilisateur ou domaine similaire).
- Expérience significative dans la conception et la gestion de plateformes numériques complexes, idéalement dans le secteur de l'éducation ou de la recherche.
