Position Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages in English.
- Assist customers with booking services, rescheduling, and general inquiries.
- Provide clear and accurate information about our services and pricing.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support is required.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
