Rejoignez l'équipe Stairling au bureau de Tanger (13 rue Carnot, 90000 Tanger).

L'Onboarding Specialist/Opérateur Support est un acteur clé chez Stairling. En première ligne dans la relation avec nos chauffeurs, il/elle accompagne chaque nouvel arrivant dans son processus d'intégration, de la création de ses comptes VTC jusqu'à l'activation finale de son compte Stairling.

Vous serez garant(e) d'une expérience fluide, professionnelle et humaine, et jouerez un rôle central dans la satisfaction et la fidélisation des chauffeurs dès leur arrivée.

Missions principales

Suivi des chauffeurs

  • Assurer un suivi personnalisé post-onboarding (relances, support, accompagnement).
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de réactivité aux sollicitations (appels, messages).

Support opérationnel

  • Créer et rattacher les comptes VTC (Uber, Bolt, Heetch,etc.).
  • Accompagner dans les démarches administratives (Registre VTC, mutuelle, location véhicule).
  • Activer les comptes Stairling et générer les documents associés (contrats, Payfit, etc.).

Reporting et process

  • Mettre à jour les fichiers de suivi quotidiennement.
  • Signaler tout cas particulier en respectant les procédures internes.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue du processus d'onboarding.

Gestion de la hotline support

  • Assurer la permanence quotidienne de la hotline.
  • Répondre avec réactivité et professionnalisme à toutes les requêtes et questions entrantes des chauffeurs (appels, messages, emails).

Profil recherché

  • Formation
    : Bac+3 minimum. Une formation en commerce, gestion ou relation client peut être un plus.

Expérience
:

  • Première expérience en relation client, commercial, support opérationnel ou gestion de comptes.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur VTC est un plus.

Compétences clés
:

  • Excellentes capacités de communication orale et sens pédagogique.
  • Rigueur et réactivité dans le suivi quotidien.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs interactions par jour dans un rythme soutenu.
  • Enthousiasme et aisance relationnelle pour créer un lien de confiance avec les chauffeurs.
  • Maîtrise des outils digitaux (Intercom, Aircall, Google sheet).

Rémunération

  • Package :Fixe
    : 7 000 – 8 500 dhs net/mois.
  • Variable
    : 30% du fixe
  • Versement trimestriel, après évaluation managériale.

    (optionnel).
