Description du Poste : En tant qu'IT Delivery Manager, vous serez responsable de la gestion de bout en bout des services IT, assurant la livraison en temps et en heure des solutions technologiques tout en respectant les exigences de qualité et de budget. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de support, les parties prenantes et les clients pour garantir le succès des projets et du delivery.
Responsabilités :
- Superviser et coordonner les équipes de projet pour assurer la livraison des solutions informatiques.
- Gérer le cycle de vie complet des projets, y compris la planification, l'exécution, le suivi et la clôture.
- Développer et maintenir des plans de projet détaillés, incluant les échéanciers, les budgets et les ressources nécessaires.
- Identifier et gérer les risques et les problèmes de projet, en proposant des solutions efficaces.
- Assurer une communication régulière et transparente avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Veiller à ce que les projets respectent les normes de qualité et les attentes des clients.
- Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour garantir une intégration et une mise en œuvre réussies des solutions.
- Suivre et évaluer les performances des projets, en fournissant des rapports et des analyses détaillés.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des processus et des pratiques optimales pour améliorer l'efficacité et la qualité des livraisons.
Compétences et Qualifications :
- Diplôme en informatique, gestion de projet, ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience avérée en gestion de projets informatiques, de préférence dans un environnement Agile.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps, organisation et résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à travailler sous pression.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication et en leadership.
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (ex. : MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Connaissance des méthodologies Agile et Scrum.
- Certification PMP, PRINCE2 ou équivalent souhaitée.
