We are hiring: Growth Marketing Lead (Paid Media Owner) | Benisouk (Home Decor E-commerce)
Location: Bouskoura (Casablanca area). On-site presence required
Benisouk is building the leading premium Moroccan home decor brand worldwide, with a strong focus on handcrafted rugs and an expanding product universe. We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition and turn ad spend into predictable, profitable growth.
This is not a "just run ads" role. You will own performance, the testing engine, and the creative pipeline across Meta + Google, working closely with e-commerce, creative, and operations teams.
What you will own
- Paid acquisition performance across Meta Ads + Google Ads (PMax, Shopping, Search)
- Budget allocation, scaling decisions, and profitability guardrails (MER, CPA, contribution logic)
- A structured testing roadmap (creative angles, audiences, offers, landing pages)
- Tracking quality and reporting that the CEO can read in 3 minutes
- Cross-team alignment: pushing the right products based on stock, margin, seasonality, and merchandising priorities
Your responsibilities
- Build and maintain a stable growth system (scale winners, cut losers, protect efficiency)
- Run a continuous creative testing process (briefs, iterations, creative analysis)
- Ensure clean account structure, naming conventions, and documentation
- Maintain tracking hygiene: Pixel/CAPI health, UTMs, attribution consistency
- Deliver clear weekly reporting with insights and next actions
Your daily work (what you will actually do)
- Daily performance check: spend, revenue, CPA, MER/ROAS, anomalies
- Optimize campaigns: budgets, bidding, structure, exclusions, retargeting, catalog health
- Monitor Google Merchant Center: feed issues, disapprovals, shipping/pricing settings
- Create and update creative briefs, launch new variations, track winners and fatigue
- Coordinate with e-commerce on what to push (best sellers, high margin, in-stock, seasonal)
- Coordinate with CRM/Retention so acquisition and email strategy are aligned
What success looks like (core objectives)
- Maintain or improve a target MER over 30 days while scaling spend responsibly
- Keep CPA within target range and protect conversion quality
- Establish a reliable testing cadence: 4 to 8 structured tests per month
- Maintain a steady creative pipeline: 6 to 12 new performance assets per week (depending on capacity)
- Build a dashboard and reporting rhythm that reduces surprises and improves decision speed
- Reduce dependency on a single campaign or creative by building multiple stable winners
Ideal experience
- 4 to 8 years in DTC e-commerce growth marketing (not lead gen)
- Proven results managing Meta + Google together
- Experience with meaningful budgets (ideally $50k to $250k/month, depending on season)
- Strong creative performance mindset: you know how to brief, iterate, and scale winning angles
- Comfortable working with high AOV products and international customers
Tools you must be confident with
- Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Events Manager (Pixel + CAPI), Catalog/Commerce Manager
- Google Ads (Search + Performance Max), Google Merchant Center
- GA4 (analysis), UTMs, Shopify Analytics, reporting in Sheets
- Looker Studio (or similar) for dashboards
- Bonus: GTM debugging, attribution tools (Triple Whale / Northbeam), feed tools (DataFeedWatch/Channable)
