Missions principales

1. Achats & Logistique

  • Assurer la
    gestion complète du processus d'approvisionnement
    , de la commande à la réception.
  • Suivre les
    commandes fournisseurs
    et garantir leur mise à jour dans l'ERP.
  • Coordonner avec les
    transporteurs et prestataires logistiques
    pour garantir la bonne exécution des livraisons.
  • Superviser le
    suivi des stocks
    , la gestion des back-orders et la tenue à jour des inventaires.
  • Établir des
    reportings opérationnels
    précis sur les flux, délais et performances logistiques.

2. Customer Service

  • Gérer les
    commandes clients
    , devis, proformas et facturations dans le respect des procédures internes.
  • Assurer une
    communication proactive et fluide
    avec les clients sur les délais, livraisons et éventuels retards.
  • Offrir un
    support commercial et technique
    de qualité afin d'assurer une expérience client optimale.
  • Traiter et résoudre les
    réclamations clients
    en coordination avec les équipes concernées (commerciales, logistiques, SAV).
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue du
    service client et des processus internes
    .

Profil recherché

-Bac+3 ou plus en opérations, supply chain ou service client.

-4 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.

-Maîtrise d'un ERP (Navision souhaité).

-Anglais obligatoire, français professionnel requis.

-Bonne maîtrise informatique et autonomie.

-Disponibilité à voyager ponctuellement.
