Le Responsable Administratif et Financier est chargé de superviser l'ensemble des fonctions financières, comptables, administratives et juridiques de l'entreprise. Il joue un rôle clé dans l'élaboration du budget, la gestion du cashflow et la mise en place de stratégies financières efficaces pour assurer la stabilité économique de l'organisation.
Missions:
- Élaboration, pilotage et suivi du budget annuel.
- Production et supervision des états financiers périodiques (reporting mensuel, bilan annuel, comptes de résultat…).
- Gestion du cashflow et de la trésorerie.
- Mise en place et optimisation des outils de contrôle de gestion (tableaux de bord, KPIs financiers, etc.).
- Coordination avec les cabinets comptables et commissaires aux comptes.
- Supervision de l'administration du personnel.
- Planification budgétaire et contrôle budgétaire.
- Préparation des reportings financiers périodiques et recommandations de correctifs.
Profil recherché:
- Formation supérieure Bac+5 en gestion, finance, comptabilité ou domaine connexe.
- Entre 3 ans et 5 ans d'expérience en tant que RAF
- Compétences solides en élaboration et suivi budgétaires.
- Maîtrise des outils financiers et de contrôle de gestion.
- Excellentes capacités de communication et de coordination.
- Expérience en gestion de trésorerie et optimisation de processus financiers.
