Intégré(e) à l'équipe Operations Sourcing Externe, le Sourcing & Purchasing Officer participe à la gestion des dépenses externes de la Direction et au suivi des prestations informatiques pour AXA France.

Missions principales :

  • Gestion complète des prestations externes : suivi des budgets, conformité, traitement des commandes et factures via Coupa.
  • Mise à jour et maintenance des outils internes (ROI, Ready Go, Opteamis, Excel).
  • Gestion des litiges fournisseurs et coordination avec les équipes internes (Pôle Performance, Direction Financière, Achats).
  • Vérification des délais et du respect des TJ pour les arrivées externes.
  • Suivi des prestations sur 3 ans et gestion des commandes non clôturées.
  • Support de niveau 1 pour les processus et outils.
  • Garantir la fiabilité et l'exactitude des données pour les reportings mensuels et arrêtés trimestriels.

Profil recherché

  • Compétences techniques : Excel avancé, connaissance de Power BI est un plus.
  • Qualités transversales : rigueur, organisation, esprit d'équipe, sens de l'écoute et bon relationnel.
  • Aisance dans l'utilisation de différents outils et systèmes de suivi.
