As part of Alsayegh Worldwide's global expansion plan, we are proud to announce the opening of our new office in Morocco, a strategic hub that will serve the Moroccan market while also supporting our growing footprint across Africa and Europe.

We are looking for a Group Account Director to lead client relationships and manage a high performing team responsible for social media, digital, creative, and media planning and buying. This is a senior leadership role for a strong strategic and commercial leader who can inspire teams, drive performance, and deliver excellence across integrated marketing solutions.

Role Overview:

The Group Account Director will be a key leadership role in our newly established Morocco office and will report directly to the CEO or Managing Director in Morocco. You will manage a large multi functional team and ensure the highest standards of client servicing, project delivery, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead strategic client relationships and act as the senior point of contact for key accounts


• Manage a large team across social, digital, creative, and media planning and buying


• Ensure successful planning execution and delivery across integrated marketing campaigns


• Drive strong collaboration between departments to ensure seamless and consistent output


• Lead strategic thinking and campaign development with strong understanding of business objectives


• Manage budgets timelines and commercial performance across accounts


• Ensure high quality proposals presentations and pitches


• Build and maintain client trust through proactive communication and consultative leadership


• Identify opportunities for growth upselling and cross selling services


• Monitor performance and KPIs across campaign delivery and team output


• Mentor and develop team leaders and high potential talents across departments

What We're Looking For:


• Proven experience as a Group Account Director or senior account leadership role in an integrated agency


• Strong understanding of social media digital marketing creative development and media planning and buying


• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams


• Strong strategic mindset with ability to translate business needs into marketing solutions


• High level of organization structure and ability to perform under pressure


• Strong commercial understanding including budgeting profitability and account growth


• Excellent communication negotiation and client management skills


• Strong presentation skills and ability to lead client discussions with confidence


• Knowledge of the Moroccan market and its business landscape is a strong advantage


• Proactive mindset always seeking opportunities and solutions that exceed client expectations
