Food & Beverage Representative

We are looking for a F&B representative to join our dynamic team, As a key member of our hospitality team, the F&B Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our passengers.
The responsibilities for this position are outlined below:
Review arrivals / departure lists to welcome passengers.
Welcoming passengers in a friendly and professional way.
Ensures high standard of sanitation and hygiene in the work areas.
Prepare mise en place prior every arrival/departure.
Serve passengers in a professional and courteous manner.
Attend to timely passengers complaints and report the concern to management.
Comply with equipment usage guidelines.
Carry out other tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
Regularly participate with on-the-job trainings as conducted by company.
Ensure proper appearance and grooming while on duty.
Coordinate with Guest Experience for smooth operation.
Have full product knowledge.
Report any maintenance needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education : Diploma or Bachelor in Tourism / Equivalent
Experience : 1 - 2 years' hospitality
