Missions
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for banking applications
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and QA best practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM)
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Postman for API testing)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
- ISTQB Certification or equivalent
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Level Certification preferred
