We are Cross Border Talents, a leading international company operating across multiple industries. We are currently seeking a highly motivated French-Speaking Sales Representative to join our teams in Rabat and Kénitra, Morocco.

About the Role

This is an onsite role that requires you to drive sales and develop strong relationships with customers across the banking, travel, energy, and insurance sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining ongoing client relationships, and presenting solutions that meet their specific needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue potential clients in the banking, travel, energy, and insurance industries.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, providing them with personalized services and solutions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of our company's offerings in banking, travel, energy, and insurance sectors to effectively present products to clients and respond to inquiries.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiation: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients, addressing their concerns and negotiating favorable terms to close deals successfully.

You will also be responsible for achieving sales goals, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, and collaborating with colleagues from various departments to ensure a seamless sales process.

Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in French at a native or C2 level, with excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively in both written and spoken form.
  • Sales Experience: While prior sales experience is an advantage, it is not required. We are looking for individuals who are driven, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and succeed in a sales role.
  • Strong Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions that align with their goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to manage client concerns and find solutions quickly, maintaining a positive experience for the customer while closing deals effectively.
