Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Morocco. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and marketing expertise, with the ability to engage with potential customers, build relationships, and drive business growth.

About the Role:
  • You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as you will need to manage customer inquiries, provide follow-up, and stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Responsibilities:
  • Promote and present products/services to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Understand customer needs and offer bespoke solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide relevant follow-up.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Language: Native or fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Experience: No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
