Job Title">

We are seeking a seasoned cost management professional to join our team as a Cost Optimization Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in managing costs within the automotive industry and a solid understanding of PCB components and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex cost data and balance technical performance against cost constraints to support informed decision-making.

  • Develop and manage cost targets aligned with the vehicle's overall business case.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across engineering, finance, procurement, and program management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Develop component-level cost targets, applying vehicle top-down budget allocation.

  • Understand and apply reference vehicle data and Low-Cost-Country savings to EBOM component-level data.

  • Comprehensive understanding of vehicle construction by systems (Body, Chassis, Powertrain, Interior, etc.) and subsystems (Underbody, Suspension, Trim, Cooling, HVAC, etc.).
